Not too long ago, I was tired, in pain and burnt out. I felt angry about the lack of medical support and confused by contradictory advice.

Little by little, I managed to piece the puzzle together. By using only easy and proven strategies, I finally became me again.

So I decided to give back. Since so many of us are looking for solutions online, I want to add sound, science-based advice to help crowd out the contradictory, overcomplicated, or just flat out bad advice. Advice that is helpful when you are at your worst, as a first step to crawl out of the hole of pain, fatigue and depression.

For years I helped university and college teachers implement sustainability changes into their curriculum. Not an easy public to get to change their habits.

Now, I’m using those hard learned lessons and tactics to help you implement lifestyle changes: mapping your current habits and looking for small tweaks, low hanging fruit.

I don’t believe in discipline to overcome resistance, we simply don’t have enough of it to make it last. I am all about finding the path of least resistance to build a habit.
